Terms of Service
This Terms of Service lists the guidelines you the member must agree to, to maintain membership status. You must agree before registering, and if you do not then you are not permitted to be a member. You must agree to and adhere to the following guidelines: 1) Sending unsolicited mail or messages to people, asking them to join ShareBux without any previous contact with them is both against ShareBux's Terms of Service but also the law. We have zero tolerance policy for spammers. If you are caught spamming, your account will without question or notification be deleted, and your IP(s) banned from ShareBux. 2) You are only entitled to one account. If you are caught with multiple accounts, all of your accounts will be deleted and your IP(s) banned from ShareBux. If you have lost your account information, you can request it to be e-mailed to the e-mail address you used at registration. 3) You can only have one account per IP address, so other family members and friends are permitted to join, but only under a unique IP address. 4) ShareBux retains the right to suspend, ban, terminate or any combination of the previous without reason or notice. If we do decide to give a notice, it will be done through the e-mail you used at registration. Note that if you are caught cheating, we will terminate your account without notice. Also, please note that the use of proxies or any proxy service is strictly prohibited and your account can and will be canceled and funds withheld without warning. 5) ShareBux retains the right to terminate and ban your account without notice if you are caught utilizing Auto-Clickers, Bots, or other software designed to circumvent/defraud/cheat the ShareBux system. Also, the use of proxies and proxy services are prohibited and could lead to the deletion of your account and funds. Legal action may be taken. 6) Payments are made through Paypal, and Paypal only. You may cashout your cash balance at any time so long as it is at the required minimum which progressively increases as you cashout ($1, $2.50, $5, $10). Each payout request is personally verified by the ShareBux.org Fraud Detection Team - The amount of time it takes to audit each account varies depending on how many payout requests are received so please be patient when requesting a cashout. 7) You must register with a valid unique email address as well as a valid unique paypal address in order to use our program. 8) Share Value fluctuates depending on the profit of the company and may reach an extreme minimum, or an extreme maximum. ShareBux reserves the right to keep pay percentages, total company profit, total shares, and member profit rates hidden from the public. ShareBux also reserves the right to change any of the prior at there own will, without direct notice, or reason. 9) You can refer an unlimited number of people to our program, but you will only earn referral shares from those you DIRECTLY refer. 10) All payments to ShareBux are to be made using Paypal or AlertPay. Paypal accepts all major credit cards, bank transfers, and Paypal funds. 11) By signing up at ShareBux, you agree to file and pay any and all government taxes necessary for the money you earn off Sharebux. We are an international website, and therefore we will not be responsible for doing this for you. 12) You are NOT an employee, owner, or shareholder of ShareBux. You, the member are merely a middle-man between advertisers and consumers. The ShareBux system is merely a "game" and in no way directly related to stocks or the stock market. 13) Refund Policy: Fees for purchasing intangible items such as member upgrades and referrals are non-refundable and we do not guarantee the activity of the referrals purchased as they are randomly generated and you agree that if you purchase, you are doing so at your own risk. All advertising purchases are final and non-refundable. We will also not be responsible for the time period it may take to receive your visits or registrations, especially for geo-targeted campaigns, but you can be assured that your ad will be displayed until all visits or registrations are received. 14) Liability: ShareBux is not responsible for any losses of money and/or time as a result of God, war, plagues, spouses, illness, or any other form of absense out of ShareBux's control. ShareBux reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at anytime without notice, and you the user are responsible for keeping up to date on them. Last Updated: Jun. 1, 2008
